Trial Secretary Program is currently under revision to account for

ATTENTION |
Mixed Breeds have been
included in the regular classes in program
- All Wild Card classes and Multi-Entry Rally classes have been added
- Handles 4 days with 1 Obedience and 1 Rally trial per day (or any combination)
- Judge Assignments by class
- Maintains Master databases for Owners, Dogs, Judges and Mailing List
- Data entry consists of entering the AKC # for a Dog, Dog's info, Owner's info only the first time, then checking off Classes and other special info with mouse clicks
- Entry input for all days from a single screen with classes activated only when offered
- Moveups prior to printing the reports handled with a button click.
- A separate Mailing List database can be created and automatically updated from the current show entries with a special field indicating 'last show entered'. Extra names and addresses can also be manually added to this mailing database for club info and requests. Indicators for Obedience and Rally included for separate mailings.

- The AKC Trial Secretary program is distributed electronically. In today's "connected" world, this is the fastest method of distribution and the easiest way to provide you with program updates. As such, there are no diskettes or printed manual. When you register, we send you a registration code that you key into the program, converting it from an evaluation copy to a registered copy.
