• Handles shows with or without Challenge Certificates, all breeds/varieties or a just single breed variety.
• Allows specifying a club's unique class names for dogs and bitches or combined sexes. Currently set-up with Breed and Junior Handler classes but may also work for Agility and Obedience.
• Class Numbers assigned automatically after selection of the class names and arranging them in show order.
• Special Databases
  • Creates and maintains a Master database automatically while the user enters data for a current show - pops-up information for previously entered dogs. Also, changes made during show entry would automatically transfer to the Master database, such as owner's address.
  • A separate database is maintained for judge info.
  • A Show Classes database which currently contains the common show class names but can be modified for any club's special classes.
  • A Mailing List database that can be automatically updated from the current show entries with a special field indicating 'last show entered'. Extra names and addresses can also be manually added to this mailing database for club info and requests.
  • Breeds database with all the currently recognized Kennel Club breeds and varieties with their Group designations.
• Data Entry
  • Data entry consists of entering the Dog's info only the first time, then specifying all the Class Numbers. Repeat entries for a previous dog selectable from a drop-down list of dogs in the Master database. Owner info can be automatically filled-in from the previous record when more than one dog is entered.
  • Entry fields are arranged similiar to an entry form

  • Catalogue pages formatted with the Exhibit Number, owner's name, dog's name and info the first time the dog is listed. The judge's name and Show Sections are printed in a larger bold font. Individual Classes are printed in bold and contain the count of entries for that class.
  • Catalogue Page Size is the accepted booklet format - 2 pages per sheet - printed in landscape on A4 paper.
  • User can specify which side of sheet to start printing on, as well as, the starting page number. Printing of Page numbers is Optional.
  • Various print options exist for spacing between catalog elements (sections, catalog groups, classes and footers).
  • Bold and/or Caps for Dog's Name in Printed Catalogue
  • Preview Catalogue with option to write to a RTF file for importing into a word processor
  • Exhibitor Index (alphabetical listing) by owner's name with addresses (address can be suppressed from Entry Screen) Exhibit Numbers and phone numbers can also be included as an option.
